You are just steps away from the sand in this safe, quiet neighborhood. Everything is in walking distance from the house; restaurants, stores, fishing and the lime life that the beach offers. Within 15 min driving time there is golf, Turning Stone Casino, and Vernon Downs Horse Track. Destiny Mall is 25 min drive away. We have kayak rentals, adult supervision needed.

This Lodge has Lake and river access and boasts some of the most memorable Kayak and Canoe and Hiking excursions that the Adirondacks have to offer. Sept & Oct is an exciting time at The Lodge. It is a popular destination for Nature and wildlife photographers because of the lovely wilderness settings, scenic Lakes, mountains and rivers. Paddleboarding Canoeing & Kayaking is walking distance to the West Branch of the Sacandaga River.“The Lodge” is also a popular destination for Bicycle touring!

Bristol Mountain Townhouse , Northstar Village

Bright and open townhouse in Northstar Village right at the base of Bristol Mountain Ski Resort. New AC installed 2022. Winter: Be the first on the lift in the morning and relax by the fire in the evening. Summer: Aerial Adventure park and Zip line rides at the mountain and a 10 minute drive to access Lake Canandaigua. The area is home to amazing hiking trails, wineries, incredible golf, water park and all round spectacular scenery. One of the only true three bedroom units in the Village.

Enjoy our best location and Ideal for a family getaway, just steps from 4 lifts, everything you will need is right there, Pro Shop, Tune Up or rental steps away. Bristol works with reloadable ski tickets/passes wear on left side when you use. You can load online and we have lots, look in drawer under microwave and save $5 each or walk that ticket over to Bristol Mountain and they will help, very friendly and no crowds, love this place.

Oneida Lake Cabin: 5 beds, WiFi, parking (pets OK)

A bunkhouse/cabin on Oneida Lake, with lake access and a new dock (in season). The cabin has five single beds, a fridge and a large bathroom (with multiple sinks, toilets & warm showers). There is WiFi, a TV, radio, etc. Guests have used the cabin as a base for boating, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or as a peaceful place to stay while in the area for work. There is a BBQ grill and a large fire pit on the grounds for guest use.
