96 absolutely 100% wild, unadulterated acres of pine forest, woodlands and marshland in Stratford, NY: the Gateway to the Adirondacks. The main house - a 1890s, stacked stone farmhouse that has seen better days after being left unattended for 40+ years, a post and beam barn, a small shed used to house carriages and an easement, these are off-limits. The remaining 90+ acres are untouched woodlands inside the Adirondack Park boundary, where anywhere can be your campsite! (Pending hosts approval.)

Riverside screen house

Screenhouse on the side of the West Canada Creek. Please note this is a 1000 foot walk from your vehicle unless you have a 4wd or all wheel drive vehicle. Site includes a 10 ft by 10 ft screenhouse, picnic table, and outhouse, fire pit, 2 chairs, but no bed. Have 115 acres of farm to explore along the creek, swim in the creek, bring your kayak, tube down the river, or fish for trout in the creek. Please note the river can get busy in the summer on weekends with tubers.

Savannah Safari Tent & Breakfast-FLX Glamping

One of our family's first boutique safari tents, the Savannah features a roomy 15'x20' living space, perfect for 2 adults, with themed decor echoing a wildlife safari. The front deck overlooks our peaceful koi pond, and nearby swing. Enjoy a truly off-grid glamping experience where you can literally "unplug." Relax around a nightly bonfire (weather permitting), and wake up to enjoy our complimentary, homemade, locally sourced breakfast, organic wherever possible.

Forbidden Meadow

Secluded, peaceful, and far away from light pollution so the night sky is absolutely beautiful. Get in touch with nature and experience the relaxing simplicity of camping under the stars. Bring your own tent or camping equipment, and whatever else your heart desires. You could even bring your camper/RV. Just be aware that there are no utilities or hookups on site. Lake Tent #1 @ The Silverlaken Estate

Lake Tent #1 at The Silverlaken Estate rests on the shore of Silver Lake, minutes from Letchworth State Park and the village of Perry NY. It features a queen bed with a short walk to the restrooms, shower and kitchen facilities for our tent guests. This unique accommodation provides breathtaking views of Silver Lake. Each lake tent has a rain tarp to protect you from bad weather. We provide bedding, bath towels, and toiletries for our lake tents guests.

Settled in a valley along Red Creek in Cooperstown NY, only 2.5 miles from the Baseball Hall of Fame and Lake Otsego, we provide a special accommodation experience. It's like a private cabin in the woods (even though the cabin is a safari style tent). You'll also have private access to beautiful Red Creek for relaxation, exploration, swimming or fishing.

Golden Hour Glamping Site offers a little luxury while still enjoying the great outdoors. Sit down and unwind by the firepit, enjoy the songbirds' evening chorus, and roast some marshmallows as the sun dips into the western sky and bathes your campsite with it's golden rays.
