The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

The house and lower level apartment do not share any living space except the driveway.

This 1889 newly remodeled farm house is located right across the road from the Comfort Inn and right off the Findley lake exit. Its 10 mins from peek n peak ski resort. Experience boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing on Lake Edinboro and the best Steelhead fishing in the fall and Spring on our local streams just minutes away. Enjoy the winter months at Mt. Pleasant ski resort, ice fishing or cross country skiing with many trail at our area parks.

Everything in this house was chosen to make visitors a great stay. The house is warm and inviting. Big backyard and a porch where you can sit and enjoy. Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.

Private 2 bedroom suite w/hot tub

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
