The living room provides warmth and coziness with a gas fireplace for cool evenings on the lake. A short walk down the road is a private beach for relaxing and spending the day on Lake Erie.

Everything in this house was chosen to make visitors a great stay. The house is warm and inviting. Big backyard and a porch where you can sit and enjoy. Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.

This Cozy Tiny House, on a private drive, has all the comforts of home. Relax on the deck that looks over a large pond with a fountain. Hike the private trails and fish in the pond. Experience the peace and quiet of country living, but only one mile from conveniences such as a grocery store, restaurant and a local coffee shop. Another listing on the property offers a motorhome for a glamping experience.

This property is located next to our home. It overlooks Walnut Creek and features a quiet cabin with a private hot tub set in the woods yet still close to all the best Erie attractions. This cabin has everything you need to relax, cook, sleep, and enjoy your time. Just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, the Millcreek Mall, Presque Isle Downs and Casino, Presque Isle State Park, and Waldameer.

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
