Inside the house, you'll find two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with comfortable seating, and one and a half bathrooms. In the evenings, a terrace provides a perfect place to witness spectacular sunsets. Aditionally, the villa promotes environmental responsibility by relying on solar energy harvested from its rooftop.

It is located in a peaceful neighborhood in front of the sea, near the piney peninsula of Ermioni and within a walking distance from the village center (taverns, shops, super-markets, nightlife, banks, bakeries). There are several small coves to swim nearby, as every location is within a five minute walking distance from the house. It is the perfect place for peaceful and relaxing vacations.

Right on the sea-front, the Rock Villa offers both views and everything you need for a perfect stay. There's natural rock inside the villa as well as in the garden. Enjoy sea views from the veranda, balcony, and garden access. Linen, towels, and beach towels are included for your convenience.
