The Coleman House

We have easy access to and from the Interstate, allowing those passing through to have a convenient layover. The Coleman House is a spacious two-story country-style home with 1768 square feet of living space, two covered porches, and a covered carport located approximately one mile from Well Road Exit (Exit 112) off Interstate 20. There are many fast food restaurants within a mile. Also, there is a great public, family-friendly nature hiking trail within about 2 miles, the Restoration Park.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. This cozy cottage style home is located near Forsythe and Oliver in Monroe, making it near many restaurants, schools, etc. Close to the interstate and ULM. The space is pet friendly and we have two TVs with streaming and WiFi. Washer/dryer on site. Spread out in a king size bed in the master and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. All new appliances Jan 2023.

Built in the early 1900s, The Preaus House is boasting with character. From 12' ceilings to original hardwood floors, there are unique attributes in each room. There are 4 beautifully colored (non-functional) fireplaces in all the downstairs bedrooms, a claw foot tub/shower combination, rare cork tiles in the den, custom cabinetry, and a fabulous farmhouse kitchen sink. Room for parking up to 4 vehicles and boats or utility trailers is available.

This is a brand new build, with all new appliances and furniture. One king sized bed in the bedroom, with two queen sized air mattresses available on request. This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.
