Carriage house on the rock!

Carriage House on the Rock is a two minute walk to Westwood Lake Park that offers world-class mountain bike trails and hiking. A cozy one bedroom carriage house that is fully appointed. A 6km walk around the lake, or if you are feeling adventurous, a 3 hour hike up Mount Benson and its amazing views are nearby. Only three km to downtown, & float planes to Vancouver. Walking distance to VIU, Aquatic Center, and Nanaimo Ice Center. We are centrally located but offer a quiet remote getaway.

Haida Way at The Bay

Welcome to Nanoose Bay on Vancouver Island. We are located on a quiet rural area with a beach access road right across the street! It's a short stroll to go down and enjoy the view. The best accesses for entry to the water are just a short walk away also. This is a large 2 room suite in our home completely self contained for privacy. Self check in with designated parking spot for you. We are hosts on site if you need anything. We are located between Nanaimo and Parksville, 15 min. either way.

The farm in the woods

New stand alone, 1 level bright 2 bedroom nestled in the woods on 5 acres with radiant floor heating on a working farm. Located in the centre of the island we are not far from many local activities. Englishman River Park and the famous Hammerfest trails for bike and hikes. Fast Times amusements is just 10 min away with fun for the whole family. Parksville beach is a short 20 min comute. Cathedral Grove is 30 mins away for a beautiful stroll through the massive standing B.C. trees.

Clean & bright upper studio suite with kitchen

Bright and airy suite above our garage with view of forest & gardens. The space has a full kitchen, a comfortable bed and couch, all open concept. Enjoy an abundance of natural light from windows and skylights. The space also includes a 3 piece bathroom and a small table and 2 chairs for dining or use as a work station. We are located just outside Parksville in a rural area. This is a great central location for exploring the Island and only 10 minutes from downtown Parksville.

The Vine and the Fig Tree studio

Welcome to a few days of relaxing. You're at the beach in 5 minutes or just step out the door to the forest. Sleep in, order a pizza and play a board game by the cozy woodstove. Put on your best duds for a dinner date down by the ocean. Maybe a fire in the backyard with a cup of cocoa? Full bathroom and everything you need for a tea or coffee and light breakfast. Mini fridge and microwave. Please note there is no kitchen and we live on the property with our blue heeler.

West Coast Retreat - one block to beach

Welcome to our west coast escape that is only a short walk to the beach and 5 minutes to downtown Parksville. Enjoy our little sanctuary in this quiet neighbourhood. Our space brings to life traditional west coast style with cedar finishings and sun streams through skylights all day long. Enjoy the indoor space or outdoors with a large backyard and patio. Modern Farmhouse with Mountain View

Karmix Cottage was fully updated in 2022 and sits on 5 fenced acres, surrounded by sprawling pastures, old growth trees and epic views of Mt. Moriarty and Mt. Arrowsmith. Enjoy full privacy in the well-stocked cottage while enjoying the tranquility of rural life close to town. The cottage is 4 minutes away from a major grocery store and Oceanside Arena. We are very close to the famous Parksville beaches and the highway to Tofino.

Harbourview Carriage House

Private 1 bedroom carriage house with small view of the ocean (in the summer trees in the park block most of the view) and Chinese Garden. Steps away from harbourfront walkway to downtown. Has full kitchen, washer/dryer, TV (no cable, Netflix etc.), WiFi and electric fireplace. In the summer air conditioner available in the living room. Off street parking and private entrance. A laptop friendly workspace in the living room.

The Strand at Pacific Shores

Located in gorgeous Nanoose Bay, The Strand sits on the shoreline of the Pacific Shores Resort. The Strand is a quiet oceanfront hideaway with two king beds, 1 queen sofabed, 2 gas fireplaces, a soaker tub and all of the luxuries you need to make your stay special including access to various resort amenities. My place is half way between Parksville and Qualicum Beach and close to multiple beautiful parks, beaches and golf courses. You’ll love the studio suite because of the kitchenette, natural light, comfy king size bed, and the coziness. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and furry dog friends. Sorry no cats.
