Condominio Marena es un residencial muy tranquilo en el Puerto de San José, con salida privada hacia la playa, la cual se encuentra a 350 metros, el fin de semana hay salvavidas, parqueo privado para la playa, caminamientos. La casa tiene Aire Acondicionado, Cocina Equipada, 4 Dormitorios ( 2 Dormitorios con cama King mas 2 literas, 1 dormitorio con cama King y 1 dormitorio con matrimonial)

Piscina de 15 x 6 mts (profundidad 140/160 cms) + area para ninios. Todas las habitaciones con bano privado, toallas, sabanas y almohadas, cocina bien equipada, estufa gas y electrica, churrasquera gas, microondas, licuadora, tostador, cafetera, refrigerador, air fryer, congelador y enfriador en el rancho. WIFI, TV cable, projector en sala. Grupos familiares.
