The apartment is newly furnished and detailed with a rustic feel. It is on the ground floor of a residence and has a private driveway and entrance. There is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open concept living room with a full kitchen featuring granite counters and stainless appliances. The bathroom has a tile shower, and there is in-floor heat throughout.

We are located 100 yards from the downtown area, and 300 yards from Lake Flower, but in a nice residential spot. We grow our own food in our front yard and on our large porch. House is over 100 years old, comfortably furnished. Style is "Early American Garage Sale." Very close to canoe and kayak rentals, and minutes away from 3 boat launches and boat rentals. 1 block from new Adirondack RAIL TRAIL. Your hosts were involved in eco-tourism for many years and can provide a wealth of information.

We have a fully equipped kitchen, but if you don't feel like cooking, one of Lake Placid's busiest restaurants is located right next door. There is in-floor heat in the bathroom, a full-size washer and dryer and the bedrooms have wall-mounted AC. You will have your own private deck with gas grill, and access to Mirror Lake. STR Permit: 200022 We have a cozy, Adirondack style, 2 bedroom apartment featuring two decks with an excellent view of Whiteface and the LP Horse show. Our rental is located across the street from the Lake Placid Horse Show Grounds above our small family business. It is our goal to offer a clean, affordable and comfortable space for visitors. We do allow well behaved dogs, however dogs who tend to startle easily and bark often are discouraged.
