Welcome to the Northern Neck! Come enjoy this beautiful 8 acre property right on Nomini creek, adjacent to the Potomac River. This home is located in Montross Va, which has a rich history in oyster harvesting, as the home was once used as an oyster wharf. Once you get closer to the home, traffic will lessen, and life will get a little bit slower. When arriving to the property, it will feel very private, almost secluded. Even so, great resturaunts and grocery stores are only a short drive away.

This house is perfect for a family getaway on the water. It looks over the Rappahannock river and is located 15 minutes from the nearest town: Tappahannock. With a sandy shore, a refinished dock, and all the floats you can handle, Changing Tide feels like a beach vacation without the crowds. Crabbing, fishing, kayaking, or just relaxing our house has everything you need and something for everyone. With a full kitchen and central air you can play all day and feel like you are home at night.

This is a spacious apartment above detached garage, with a roomy balcony. The property sits on the Rappahannock River- guests are welcome to use the beach and dock! Property has a private entrance. The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available. We have self check in and the host is extremely flexible.. We welcome all tenants! The Birds Nest is a perfect getaway destination for relaxing and fun.
