This private 3-bedroom, 2 full bath sleeps 6 and is located above the garage. *Only accessible by stairs 3 flights of stairs. This home may not be suitable for small children (lake access, glass tables, small game parts, high balcony). No pets allowed! Permit# 2025-147

The cottage has arcade games & a ping pong table! It's 3 miles from Pirates Bay Water Park and 5 min. to shopping in Leesburg, Decks & Docks Restaurant.

The interior has been stylishly updated and can accommodate up to 10 people. Two kayaks and two paddleboards can be rented upon request ($15 fee each for the duration of your stay).
