Traditional Aegean Villa with a stunning sea view

Our house is located in the foot of the mountains in front of Kavos beach, just in the perfect spot where you can have the most stunning view of the Aegean Gulf and the town of Karistos, but hearing only the birds and the waves of the sea. In a clear day you may even see the closest of the Cyclades islands. The house is situated in a property filled with flowers and trees, where you can always find shade in a different magical place every time. It is in a very peaceful and secluded area of Kavos

THE RIVER HOUSE ON THE RED ROCK

Αυτόνομο ενεργειακά σπίτι σε κτήμα 5 στρεμμάτων δίπλα στο ποτάμι της Αμπουδιώτισας μέσα στα έλατα στις μηλιές και στις κερασιές. Δέκα λεπτά από την Σέτα. Τα τελευταία 500 μέτρα είναι χωματόδρομος. Ιδανικό για ξεκούραση αλλά και για εξορμήσεις στις γύρω κορυφές, στους δασικούς δρόμους, στο ποτάμι και στους καταράκτες της περιοχής. Ιδανικό για παρέες, ομάδες αλλά και για οικογένειες, πάντοτε με σεβασμό στο περιβάλλον και με τις κατάλληλες προφυλάξεις που απαιτούνται όταν βρίσκεσαι μέσα στο δάσος.

Σε μια περιοχή με ιδιωτικότητα 5χλ. από την Κύμη είναι μια πρόταση για να γνωρίσετε τις ομορφιές της περιοχής και για απόδραση από την καθημερινότητα. Τα τελευταία 200μ. είναι βατός χωματόδρομος. Σε συνθήκες βροχής χρειάζεται προσοχή γιατί ο δρόμος γίνεται γλιστερός. Βρίσκεται σε περιφραγμένο αγρόκτημα με καταπληκτική θέα στο Αιγαίο πέλαγος Διαθέτει υπνοδωμάτιο , κουζίνα με καναπέ-κρεββάτι και μπάνιο.

Παραδοσιακό σπίτι με μεγάλη αυλή ακριβώς 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι του Μαρμαρίου. Ανακαινισμένο το 2023 και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για κάθε σας ανάγκη. Μόλις 4 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την ξακουστή παραλία της Μεγάλης Άμμου. Υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι και 2 αναπαυτικοί καναπέδες-κρεβάτια (Δωμάτιο και σαλόνι), γραφείο, ισχυρό wi-fi, ηλιακός και πλήρης εξοπλισμός κουζίνας. Traditional stone, wood and a lot of love make up the modest, but comfortable space of the accommodation. Castello Valla is a unique proposal to experience mountain tourism (800m altitude), the wonderful view and at the same time enjoy the clear blue waters of the Aegean Sea (distance 4km). It is an occasion for an escape from everyday life and a short respite in the beautiful nature and the peaceful life of a traditional Greek village.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
