The Beasley Backwater Retreat is located on beautiful Lake Eufaula, between the historic towns of Abbeville and Eufaula. The house, built as a vacation house by my grandparents in 1963, is pretty much vintage, with some more modern conveniences, such as microwave, dishwasher, HVAC, internet access, and a Keurig. Located on a peaceful area of the lake, with a private dock and nice neighbors, it's a great place to get away from town and create fond memories--it certainly has been for us! Enjoy!

This private apartment at The Farmhouse is popular and usually booked the entire winter. "The sunlight in this apartment restored my soul." Providence Canyon is a quick drive north. 1.7 miles to downtown Eufaula restaurants and just .2 mile to nearest boat launch mid-lake. The outdoor space has 3 fenced areas for dogs, two gas grills for outdoor cooking, a fire pit, porch for lounging. For boaters, there is a long driveway with plenty of room for truck and boat, includes outdoor electric.

Our guesthouse has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and a loft area that can easily sleep 4 children. The kitchen is a dream for preparing meals. A private driveway leads to an automatic 20' wide secure coded gate. Site # 2 is a 16x32 packed gravel/level site with 50/30amp electrical and water hookups. There is also a dump station available. The camping area is 1.3 acres fully fenced so pet owners can allow their pets to roam freely. Bring your ATV's as the back side of the property has almost 50 acres of ATV and walking trails. A spring fed private 1.5 acre stocked pond with a covered fishing dock is also located on the property.
