This is a beautiful remodeled vintage cottage filled with natural light, exposed brick, fir floors, a gas fireplace, and private parking. It is quiet and secluded, yet close to everything. Cozy Cottage apartment is 4 blocks from downtown Eugene. Located @ 1025 Jefferson St., Eugene. Walking distance to multiple breweries, restaurants & the fairgrounds. Full kitchen and large fridge to store your beverages. Great deck to enjoy a glass of wine or microbrew. Also, a very comfy queen-sized bed, along with a full couch if you have an extra guest. If it’s a quiet place to stay for the night or a coming into town to an athletic event, this place is a restful place away from home!

Our neighborhood is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and great walking trails. Just 3 miles from the U of O and 1/2 mile from the bike path. There is one full bedroom and an additional sleeping space in the downstairs living room with a pull out couch that we will gladly make up as a bed if you need it.
