Charmante dépendance de 50 m2 fraîchement rénovée située sous le château de Gaillon et à 5 minutes à pieds du centre ville. A 25 minutes du jardin de Monet à Giverny, à 45 minutes de Rouen et à 1h de Paris, le logement, très calme, se trouve au milieu d’un jardin paysager et dispose d’une très belle vue sur les anciens jardins Renaissance du château. Je peux aussi vous accueillir dans une autre maison à deux minutes de celle-là que vous pourrez trouver sur le site au nom du "Logis du château".

The living room and the equipped kitchen are on the ground floor while the bedroom (king size bed), bathroom and separate toilet are under the roof, accessed by staircase. The sleeping areas, located in the attic, with panoramic view on the Seine river. Comfortable, cosy, elegant ambiance for this beautifully done-up nest.

A l'étage, 2 chambres : 1 avec 1 lit 160 sur 200 et 1 avec 2 lits 90 X 200 salle de bain, lave-linge/sèche-linge. Vue sur le Parc, table et chaises de jardin, transats, parasol, barbecue weber.

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Dans un joli village, à proximité de Giverny, au fond du jardin, vous trouverez une petite maisonnette de plein pied aux volets blues, idéal pour une escale paisible et bucolique. Aux portes de la Normandie; accès facile A13 direction Rouen ou Paris. Gare de train à Vernon ou Gaillon. Dans le village; petit bar sympathique qui propose livraison pain et croissants le matin sur commande. (tous les jours sauf le lundi)

This 25m2 individual house offers all the comfort needed. Located in a flowered garden close to the main property, the house has an independent entrance and is accessible via a secure gate. Access to a therapeutic spa is optional (at an additional cost). It has a mezzanine for sleeping, a wardrobe space, a table and two chairs and a full bathroom.
