Family built cabin on 30 acre country estate, just outside exciting year round resort village of Ellicottville. Perfect for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, the cabin has all necessities, similar to a tiny house. Nestled near the gardens, and surrounded by quiet rolling hills. Enjoy with door step delivered breakfast, or book a guided hike with estate owner and learn about medicinal plants and flowers, the topography of the land and a farm fresh picnic lunch on the peninsula of our lake.

Walking distance to all the restaurants, shopping and amenities that our quaint beach town has to offer! Awaiting your arrival is a fully detached 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home. Fully renovated from top to bottom, nothing missed, including a full service kitchen, beautiful living/dining area, big screen smart tv with netflix, high speed internet and luxury linens throughout.

There is a spacious living/dining room area. High speed internet, AC in all rooms, brand new smart TV. Two loveseats, chair/ottoman, futon couch. Driveway is shared.

Newly and completely rebuilt in 2021 with a gated entrance for two cars, and a large second floor patio that is covered and tastefully appointed. The pictures can speak for themselves! Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie, 10 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, two beach bars in the bay. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.
