Located a short walk down a private drive to our community lake access, it has a fully fenced backyard and patio with grill, three bedrooms, well-appointed, updated eat-in kitchen, charming dining room, cozy living room with working fireplace, and a comfortable family room. You are five minutes from Evangola State Park, and close to Sunset Bay, SUNY Fredonia, Brooks Memorial Hospital, and Frank Lloyd Wright's Graycliff.

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
