Spacious garage, which offers extra living space perfect for hanging out and watch pre-game shows before heading out to the game. Large family HOUSE. Sleeps 6. Close to sandy beach and beach access with stairs to the beach. New tile floors. Nice layout. Living and dining room. 2 queen, bunk bed . 50 yr old home is lovingly cared for but expect some gentle wear. Awesome for Fall/ winter. Short thurway drive to the Buffalo Bills stadium and summer concerts. Winter is great for ice fishing and snowmobiling. Small town-big beach, eateries, beach bars with live music. Kayak, swim, fishing charters, water skiing.
