Only 20 minutes from Dunedin city.Great quality bikes are available for rent.The view is great,you straight looking at Mihiwaka from the deck on your left and looking down to the bay on your right. It is a small lifestyle block with sheep and bees.

The Lookout is a luxurious self contained small house with wonderful harbour views and a rural back drop. Only 18 mins from Dunedin and 2 mins from Port Chalmers cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs. The Lookout has an open living space including the kitchen. A compact bathroom and mezzanine bedroom with breathtaking views. The Lookout, is next door to "Sybie's Cottage" another AirBnB listing by Allan. Each is very private and the car-park area is the only thing which is shared.

The setting of this cottage includes one bedroom, one living room which is opened to the glass house. , The semi-outdoor kitchen, toilet and shower are all in green house. A large living area with a big deck which gives you the feeling of relaxing in an organic orchard garden.
