This new rental, in the Evart area not far from the beautiful Muskegon river. Evart is a great area for walking, snowshoeing, X country skiing, & running. Tubing, canoeing and kayaking on Muskegon River, just min away. The house is just 8 mi from Bike/ATV trails/ state land. Evart: includes Osceola Fair, Dulcimer and Spring Hill camp. This home is peaceful, built 2023 sleeps 6, 3 beds & pullout couch. Added a window air conditioner, washer and dryer, and a water softener this summer. Enjoy!

Cute and cozy little cabin just a couple miles from state land. 1 mile from the county fairgrounds. 1 1/2 miles from town. Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

Although there isn't much room to roam on the property itself, there is access to the Pere Marquette Rail Trail only a short drive North. The cabin is just off the highway in farm country, and is described as peaceful with a cozy interior. You may however hear some road noise if you are relaxing outside. This stylish peninsula lake house is the perfect place to stay for group trips or even a couples getaway. 6 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 16 comfortably. Sauna! Sandy beach, volley net, arcade games, shuffleboard, multiple decks, large dining room, and wood burning fireplace. The lake house is extremely spacious, with multiple areas to relax or have fun with friends or family! From the kid bunk & game room, 3 decks, spacious living room with 2 sectionals, .5 acre lot and sandy beach!

You will have the entire basement-- two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, & living room-- to yourself. We are in a wooded setting a couple of miles from town. You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off and covered with foam board for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.
