Elite Suites is My Luxury concept in Country stays. 2 Oaks is the first of my Elite Suites. Converted Barn. 2 bedrooms The Annexe at Middle Farm is a self contained converted barn adjoining our beautiful 17c cotswold stone farmhouse in a quiet picturesque village near the North Cotswolds. An ideal location for visiting the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick Castle, the Malvern Hills and several National Trust properties. The Stables, next to the Cotswolds, near Evesham

The Stables is a converted annex has one allocated parking space, (There is room for 2nd car close by) Stables has a 12 foot square patio area, to the rear. The Stables has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. In addition there is a sofa bed in the lounge area which is suitable for 2 young children or one adult . We welcome up to two medium or small dogs. With larger dogs please ask. For parents with babies, we provide a high chair but there is not really sufficient space for a cot.

Oakleigh Cottage in the Vale of Evesham

Your countryside home awaits you in the market garden village of Badsey, in the Vale of Evesham. This 270 year old stone cottage was once the servants quarters for Oakleigh House, located centrally in the village on a quiet cul-de-sac. There are two pubs, a village shop & butcher nearby and country walks on the doorstep. Larger towns like Cheltenham, Stratford-upon-Avon & Worcester are within easy reach. More locally is the wonderful Cotswold town of Chipping Campden and the village of Broadway.

Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

Quietly tucked away down the end of Old Post Office Lane. Letterbox Cottage can be found down a private gravel drive. Recently renovated but still has the charm of a old cottage, with an opened planned living space, this 2 bedroom cottage is perfectly located within easy reach of some of the Cotswold's prettiest villages and towns. Within easy reach of both Broadway and Chipping Campden and only 30 minutes from Stratford Upon Avon. Home from home experience awaits. A well behaved dog is welcome

Our family Cottage is my favourite space to chill and relax. Its a cosy grade II listed 17th century cottage, full of original charm and character. We have a quaint country cottage garden which offers an additional peaceful space. Nestled in the beautiful village of Cropthorne, it sits on the edge of the Cotswolds. There are several village pubs to visit and local farm shops to explore and if you want a trip out to our larger towns or cities we are the perfect location for a short trip away.

Broadway Holiday Lodges Our brand new lodges are situated on Long Acres Park which is a prestigious gated development within 6 minutes drive of the popular, historical town of Broadway, Worcestershire. The area is ideally situated for exploring the ever-popular and beautiful Cotswolds and also Evesham, Cheltenham, Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Birmingham is easily accessible via the motorway network. Our brand new lodges are generously sized, modern and nothing less than a home from home.

Penn Studio@Cropthorne

Our self-contained, ground-floor studio apartment for two guests, is one of just two units on site. It is a retreat, a practical workspace, or a convenient base for exploring. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster, and mini-oven, for cooking meals in . Fully equipped shower room, electric shower. The main area, has a king-size bed, sofas, a table and chairs, a log burner. It benefits from its own private entrance via a shared corridor with the upstairs apartment.

This lodge has a double bedroom, en-suite shower room, twin bedroom, family bathroom, and an open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen. A spacious veranda features an outdoor dining area and there’s free parking for two cars adjacent to the accommodation. The site is conveniently located on the edge of the Cotswolds, with villages and countryside to explore as well as having the amenities that the town of Evesham provides. Free WiFi included. Linen provided. No pets.

The Woodshed

We are located in the countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Worcester. We are a working farm at the foot of Bredon Hill, just over one mile from the local village which has a great pub. There are many great walks and cycle routes around and we also have a large pond which is great for fishing in or relaxing by. The Woodshed is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children).
