Please keep in mind that this apartment has this very beautiful view, as it is located on one of the highest points of the city :)This sometimes makes it very hot during the day. We do provide AC, + since it is restored it has high end windows but still if you are sensitive to heat please consider your choice again :)

This is our 70sqm newly renovated and refurbished apartment. Our bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the living room has an open plan kitchen and dining space with a sofa bed that sleeps two. It has a spacious veranda and outdoor seating area and also offers peace and tranquility as it is high up on the 5th floor. We love our vibrant area with its many cafes restaurants and bars, the Archaelogical museum within a 6 minute walking distance and 11 minutes to Omonoia square metro station.

Acropolis View Penthouse Suite

The historic, Art Deco and Bauhaus related building, with it’s elegant marble foyer and spacious apartments is located next to Kolonaki and Exarchia. It was build in 1937 by the shipping magnate family Livanos for their own use. The Penthouse Suite, the bar and the large Roof Garden with panoramic views of the Acropolis and Mount Lykabettos were constructed for celebrations, parties and to accommodate their guests. The Acropolis line Metro station Panepistimio is only a five minutes walk.

Hello! My place is a small, renovated studio with air-conditioning and a splendid view in a very quiet street with beautiful trees in the center of Athens. It’s close to every public transport (buses, metro, train), easy access to the city’s main attractions. Next to local bars, restaurants, grill-houses and traditional taverns and an open-air market every sunday. You can find a supermarket in 100m walk and a bakery with the most delicious bread of the area under our building.
