Situate in the heart of Devon, the flat has a kitchenette, combined living and sleeping area and a separate toilet and shower. Perfect location, 1 minute walk from Exeter Quay with pubs and restaurants, lovely walks. 9 minutes' walk to Exeter cathedral and city centre.
