Avon Mill Apartment sits on the top floor of a beautiful Victorian corn mill, in lovely South Devon. It is light and spacious with exposed beams, open plan living space and wonderful views down the Avon Valley. With walks from the doorstep & easy access to beaches and stunning coastline, as well as Dartmoor - a super location to explore all that the South Hams has to offer. The Mill is at the heart of Avon Mill Garden Centre and the home of Avon Mill Cafe - makers of the best 'Devon Cream Teas'!

Lapwings is a 3 bed 1st floor apartment situated in a prime position being just a 2 minute walk from the amazing sea front with its 2 miles of sandy beach and Exmouth Marina which offers fishing and boat trips, birdwatching trips and water Taxi’s to Dawlish Warren and the Famous River Exe water cafe. Alternatively a short two minute walk in the opposite direction takes you to Exmouth town center with it’s amenities which include the railway and bus links, along with restaurants, cafes and bars.
