Buzzard Yurt - A unique eco holiday in East Devon

Unique and comfortable yurt (sleeps 5+), large terrace, stunning views - also you could check out Kingfisher yurt (bigger kitchen) by the swimming pond. Private kitchen, chill-out cabin, shower, rustic flushing loo, compost loo with a view, campfire area. Wild swimming pond (fenced) Hot tub (can be advance booked by EITHER Kingfisher or Buzzard yurt). Dog friendly, footpaths. Kid heaven! By booking you take responsibility for safety of your group. This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

Self contained accommodation close to Dartmoor

Hartford Dairy is an annex next to our home. It is a cosy one bedroom, self contained space providing great accommodation for a couple or single traveller with its own parking space for one car. We are conveniently situated close to Dartmoor for beautiful scenery and walks and also within easy access to the coast, Exeter, Plymouth and Torbay. A village pub and Post Office/store are within walking distance. Our nearest town is Bovey Tracey and Ashburton is also an approximate 10 minute drive.

And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

Welcome to 1 The Haven - spacious studio with kitchen and separate shower room. Enjoy stunning sea views across the gardens from your room or from outdoor seating. Take a swim in our award winning, heated, indoor private pool, enjoy our steam room - open 8am to 8pm daily. Guests take turns to have private, sole use. Easy access to S W coast path, village and beach. This is 1 of 2 studios on the ground floor of our home, 2 The Haven also available or book both!

Woodpecker Lodge - Log Cabin with Private Hot Tub

Each solid wood log cabin is encircled by trees for your privacy yet open enough to let sunlight through. We aim to give you that cosy, romantic log cabin retreat experience with a solid wood burner, private hot tub and free access to our seasonal outdoor heated pool (end May - Sept). If the dates you require are already booked, please look at our other cabins: Nuthatch Lodge, Tawny Owl Lodge, Hedgehog Lodge (all with private hot tubs) or Roe Deer Lodge.
