We'll meet at one of the most beautiful locations in San Francisco and take a few minutes to walk to our favorite spot in the park. There we will jump right into a fun and playful acroyoga class tailored to your interests, physical abilities and prior experience (if any). After a fun and dynamic warmup, we will work on learning the basics of effortless partner acrobatics, proprioception, and safety in acroyoga. You will be able to experience different roles, explore multiple poses and play with different transitions between poses, while moving at the pace that works best for the group. Be prepared to be active, playful and challenge yourself in new ways that are safe and fun! No partner or prior experience necessary, only being comfortable working with others and enjoying a workout
Gymnastic or yoga mats
If it's a nice warm day to be outside, we will meet at Dolores park. The park is easily accessible with public transportation since it's only a few blocks away from the Bart station on Mission and 24th or 16th Street. The walk is a nice warm up for our class! In case it's a rainy day, we will meet at a local circus and gymnastics gym near Balboa Park but we will always confirm that first.

Wear comfy exercise clothes you feel comfortable going upside down in. Bring your own sunscreen, water and a snack if you need one. No partner necessary.
