I am a classically trained pastry chef with a deep desire to feed the world healthy, delicious, and nourishing foods. My style is not like my training. I use organic, natural ingredients to create some of California's best gluten- and dairy-free baked goods. As a California resident since birth, my state has given me so much love and life, and I intend to give it back through food.
You are invited into my kitchen to decorate cakes. You will start with three gluten- and dairy-free vanilla layers that I will prepare the morning of the session. The workshop will be held in the beautiful and private Coco Bakes kitchen in Santa Monica. It's a hidden treasure with beautiful lighting for photographing your creations.
