We will dive into the history to discover and recreate treasures of fine Czech dining according to family recipes from my beloved Grandma : venison, goose, duck, rabbit, veal, all the good stuff we no longer see on typical menus . This is what I will cook and you will taste, accompanied by the best Czech desserts and selected wines and beer. Everything will be fresh and seasonal from local farmers. .Menu will vary according to the season and market. I'm a passionate cook &food lover. My favorite part is sharing with others, which led me to form my small catering company, The Pantry. I learned to cook from my beloved Grandma, who used to prepare meals for the Colloredo-Mansfeld's family in their Dobříš Castle. As a little girl, deep in the communist era, I was introduced to the magical world of fine cooking .My Grandma was a beautiful woman & charmer, so we would cook venison, because grandma knew what to tell the forester, roast goose, because the butcher liked to chat with her, and bake bread as she did'nt like the lady in the bakery :)
