Montmartre is a unique place in Paris. And it's not only about the Sacré-Coeur! Born and raised in Paris, son of a historian and wine journalist, I would love to share all Montmartre secrets with you: the time when it was an independent town, cabarets, the remaining vineyard, street art... But I also want to share my passion for wine since Montmartre is the only place in Paris where to found a still-running vineyard! During two hours, I want to show you the little streets where tourists don't often go. And make you feel like a real Montmartrois (a person who lives in Montmartre). So we'll also seat in a cosy lovely café to learn about wine and taste some from my own private cellar of course! And of course, I'll show you where to find cool restaurants and cafés, hidden terraces with stunning views so that you can enjoy Parisian life the way Parisians do! Can't wait to meet you ;)
Born and raised in Paris (my family has been living here for a century), I used to be a banker. But when I turned 30, I decided to do something I really liked. So I became a wine journalist after new studies in the wine business. My passion for history also prompted me to start touring people in Paris, namely in Montmartre, my beloved neighborhood. I write for one of France's most renowned wine magazine and also regularly organize wine tasting sessions for wine lovers. On my free time, I also am a tour guide for a famous company specialized in original visits in Paris.
Some cheese or cured meat During the tour, we'll make two stops to taste some wine and will have some snacks along with it ;)
We'll make a beautiful walk in Montmartre through its little streets and lovely squares. We'll stop in front of different monuments and works of art along the way. We might see places where famous movies were shot. And, of course, we'll rest in a lovely café on the way for approximately 45 minutes, during which I'll make you discover French wines and taste some!!!
最多可有8位年满16周岁的参与者参加。 Montmartre is a hill so we will certainly use staircases.
An umbrella if the weather is grey
We'll meet on the square. Be sure to have warm clothes and an umbrella if the weather is gloomy and rainy. And don't forget your camera, you would regret it. No need to bring wine glasses of course!
