Hello! I invite groups of up to 8 people to come in their own vehicle to have a tour of the tiny home, sit in it and try out all the fun aspects of it, have a complimentary tea or coffee (Ask about extra time to do a mini reading of your coffee grinds if you like, I do tasseography), hear my story, ask questions and walk or (ask about extra time for biking or water activities or snowshoeing the property) Bonus; there are other tiny homes to walk by!

This location is private property. All guests are asked to reserve the privacy of the location as by invitation only and not to be shared or visited without consent of the home owner. This tour is special and mutual respect is appreciated.

I am self employed as a personal assistant to families and individuals since 2001 cooking, organizing, gardening, custom jobs and to do lists, with just under 20 clients around the city of Ottawa. I was born to Turkish parents in Arnprior, Ontario Canada. I bought and sold a home in Ottawa with help from unique visionaries to provide funds to live my tiny house dream. I have a tiny house “cottage” named Kahve, near Carp, Ontario on private property since August 2019 with two other tiny homes around a private lake. Before that I had a trailer on a farm in Ottawa practicing tiny living in a Travel Trailer before I made the big small move. I also offer the Art of Tasseography, reading coffee grinds for individuals for life perspectives, from a young age.

We will tour my unique tiny home and enchanting waterfront location in Carp Ottawa. We tour it inside and out and ask questions and have a snack/beverage, walk around the natural beauty of the lake and walk by the other tiny homes. If guests wish to spend the whole time in the tiny house or weather is bad, the walking tour is optional. I am flexible and would love to hear what you are interested in. Ask about time for tours of area.

- Great experience for those who are curious about tiny house living. Yesim is a genuine, friendly and knowledgeable person. She gave an honest account of her experience and offered many insights on how it could work for others, depending on their preferences and/or reasons of interest in tiny house living.
- Yesim created a friendly welcome and provided a lot of insight into tiny house living; including challenges, benefits and important design issues. Sharing her genuine delight in her dwelling space allowed me to experience how tiny can feel more satisfying, rather than simply smaller, which is ultimately what I want more confidence in, before making my own commitment to tiny house living. This was a great experience and I feel closer to my goals, so I will definitely encourage others who are interested in living this way to do this tour!
- Wow! I am so glad I booked this experience. As a fan of tiny homes, this was such a delight! Yesim walked me through every part of her beautiful home (inside and out), answered all my questions and shared stories. I left feeling like I made a friend. The Turkish coffee was soooo good, and I loved getting my coffee reading done. She definitely has a gift. If you are curious about tiny home living or minimalistic living, you should really book this experience. You won’t regret it! Thanks so much, Yesim for making my birthday a memorable one!
- I loved this tour! Yesim is fun, inspiring and very welcoming. I really enjoyed learning about how she came to live in a tiny home and all the interesting quirks there are to minimal living in a smaller space. She also brews The.Best. cup of Turkish coffee, which is just one fun part to the entertaining experience of a coffee grind reading. Overall, I think most people would highly enjoy this tour and Yesim as their thoughtful guide. Be warned! You will leave Yesim’s with an ignited sense of adventure!!
- A spirited, insightful, peaceful and fun experience into the world of tiny homes. Yasim shares great stories and explanations about living in a tiny space. She is so welcoming from offering a delicious Turkish coffee (and coffee reading) to starting up the fire pit to biking/walking around the lake... A must do for everyone curious about tiny home living or thinking to get one - a long list of tips and valuable insights ! WOW !
