A thousand mile journey begins with a single step, but don’t worry, we are not inviting you to such a long walk, not yet. Join us for a mentored route that could be the trigger for the most exciting journey you could ever take: a self-discovery journey. This walk and talk session would help you to focus on any particular area you would like to work on, and enrich your life with new possibilities. Just by walking, being surrounded by nature or gaining some perspective contemplating the city from above, you will be able to strength your connection with your true self and open your mind to new possibilities. We will walk through the trails in the hills of Collserola Natural Park in the outskirts of Barcelona, with a reduced group of like minded people, in a safe environment. You will have time to walk alone with your thoughts, privately talk to the mentor leading the group or simply focus in the here and now enjoying the mediterranean landscapes. From time to time we need someone to walk beside us and allow us to put our issues into perspective and create new possibilities, step by step.
I am a life coach, certified by ICF (International Coach Federation). Together with Joao Perre Viana, with more than 15 years mentoring experience, we are running personal development programs, focused in midlife interests and issues. Instead of doing exercises in a retreat format, we use the walking exercise and the natural environment to creat the right conditions to help participants to get in tune with themselves.
Transport from Plaça Cataluña to Vallvidrera is included in the price.
This experience will be held walking throught the Collserola mountains, surrounded by nature and gaining some perspective contemplating the city from above. But what is unique about this experience is the combination of walking, nature and the the self-awareness induce by the coaches during the walk. All together, will help you to strength your connection with your true self and open your mind to new possibilities.
