You will get an opportunity to discover how the flavours come to life with a story behind each dish. Hosted by both owners of Copper & Spoon, you will be greeted and made welcome to our experience. An introduction to each dish will be presented by the Head Chef himself that will allow you to learn and uncover some of the techniques used and where the idea came from. Guests are welcome to come behind the scenes and watch all the action or just kick back and relax at your table enjoying each others' company. Each plate is uniquely created from an experience that makes it special. Ingredients are carefully sourced to support the local community and sustainable.
My husband is a Chef by trade for over 17 years, originally from Canada, trained in Lyon and completed this in Sicily. Living with a beautiful family he learnt so much about the traditions and bringing food to the table. Since having trained and traveled in many countries, there was always a story to be told on how dishes were created and passed down from generations. Everytime he spoke about a certain dish, it was like being there which makes it so special. So it brings us to wanting to share these experiences,by telling these stories to inspire others to explore the wonders of food.
Five Courses We're able to accommodate to dietary requirements when given enough notice.
Look for the red door and meet us at Copper & Spoon 15 minutes before service and we will get you settled and comfortable.
