We will start with a wonderful story about San Juan market and its 500 years of history, walking among its aisles, we will find edible flowers, fruits from all over the world, exotic meats like alligator meat then we'll arrive at Tapas and pre-Hispanic food places where we will take a sit for a moment to taste a scorpion and coalescence Spanish tapa with Mexican cheeses. We will meet the main local market owners, they are my friends and colleagues with whom I work daily, we will make this experience unforgettable
I´m a Mexican culinary passionate person and the proud owner of an eating stablishment at San Juan Market; reciently my family turned 62 years working on it so I belong to the third generation; I have a bachelor's degree in culinary arts and other one in commerce. I'm excited about the idea to show you the wonders of the Pre-Hispanic world, exotic meats and abundant Mexican cheeses, and how the foreign influence converges with the Mexican gastronomy.
