I will be welcoming you to my cozy new Parisian restaurant for a fresh and seasonal meal, accompanied by a glass of red or white Val de Loire wine. Entrées include smoked herring tartare, fresh herbs and pickled vegetables; mains include vegetarian croquettes, manioc purée and carrots; and desserts include poached pears with caramelized ginger and sesame seeds. I will present my menu and detail several dishes before the guests enjoy their meal.
A former singer, l've been a vegetarian for many years. I'm passionate about life—especially cooking—and have always enjoyed exchanging recipes with friends. Having worked in events management in the restaurant industry, I was compelled to develop my own vegetarian recipes after meeting many people who felt concerned about where their food comes from and its preparation. My goal is to share my culinary skills and creations with people like you who are looking for a balanced & healthy diet. What better place to do this than in my new restaurant!
My restaurant is located right by the Cirque d'Hiver (Winter Circus) near the Marais and the Place de la République.
