We’ll have a trip inside handmade pasta and her secrets in this five senses experience. It will begin in a 17° century building near the columns of Saint Peter, in my little house. I'll wait for you there, in one of the most ancient neighbourhoods of Rome to tell you welcome to this traditional experience. We'll taste an Italian wine and talk about cuisine and roman cuisine to break the ice, then I'll show you ingredients we'll need. Then the cooking class can begin! I'll show you how to knead pasta and how to create different forms and we'll let it have a rest because you cannot use it soon. During this pause, we'll prepare condiments for pasta. Then pasta will be boiled and at the end, we'll stir-fry it. During the experience we will offer you one glass of wine. The experience can last from 3,5 to 4,5 hours.
