We'll embark on mindfulness adventure designed for you and your family on stunning Santa Monica Beach. We'll playfully connect with our bodies and breath through a variety of fun and interactive mindful meditation invitations designed for adults and children. Together, we'll practice breath counting, body scan, gratitude, and mindful drinking on one of California's most iconic beaches. I blend my background working with children and families as a pediatric speech-language pathologist for 14 years and mindfulness meditation training as a Certified Mindfulness Teacher into a playful beach-side workshop that teaches families how to bring mindfulness and play into their daily life. Through a variety of mindful breathing, body, eating, and play activities, I share mindful practices and simple, interactive meditations learned through coursework from Mindful Schools, Inner Kids, The Mindfulness Training Institute, and UCLA's Mindful Awareness Research Center. Beach blanket & pillows I'll provide a beach blanket and pillow for guests to sit on in the sand as well as fun beach props.
Santa Monica State Beach, where we'll spread out on the sand, listen to the waves crash, and smell the fresh sea air.
