I am ethnically Iranian but lived in an Arab country for almost 23 years. Therefore, I have a good understanding of both Iranian and Arabic cuisines. I have been cooking for nearly 25 years. I have owned a restaurant (Lebanese cuisine) in Kuwait and another (Greek cuisine) in Mississauga, Ontario. I love seeing my guests enjoying the food I make. I always modify the recipes depending on my guests preferences. I speak English, Persian and Arabic. I can host in any of the languages depending on our guests.

We will spend most of the class in my kitchen and the living room at home to create a friendly, intimate homemade food experience. In Summer time we use the backyard as well.

The class might take something between 2- 3 hours. So have beware that we might end later or earlier depending on the group and the number of people attending. If you are bringing you choice of alcohol make sure to have a safe ride back.
