Beside Down Town Porto is where most of artists work and live. First we will visit these art spot, from the West (alternative/atelier) and then crossing down town city to the East (comercial/Art Galleries). In this tour you will have the opportunity to make acquaintance with artists, visiting their ateliers, art shops and galleries. During a break, I offer you a glass of Port wine, coffe and still water. You will visit my studio and vew the work in progress of my newest recicling work of art. Around the corner, is the University of Fine Arts, and where students usually are painting the landscape, a wonderful view over the Douro river bank. From there, Miradouro, it's a few minutes to the Porto most tourist point, the RIBEIRA: Unesco World Heritage, paited by many artists. During this wonderful experience you can have many other information about art, other places to visit in the city and around Portugal. I'm looking forward to seeing you on this interesting experience through the heart of Porto.
I'm an artist, 50 yo, and live most of my life here in Porto. I have done more than 30 art exhibitions in Portugal, in several cities and also in Brazil. I studied at the Higher School of Art and Design. I speak English, German, Spanish, and also native Portuguese. I know this city very well, so I can share a very interesting life experience, take you to places that tourists would never find, and give you a very pleasant and interesting tour.

We will do a unique tour in to the alternative art of Porto, expirience the recicling art at my studio, and we will go from up town till the Miradouro (A spot to see the view). In between we will visit several ateliers, art shops and a very alternative galleries. Near by the Fine Arts University, and the Municipal Library Cloister with their centenaty tiles, we can also discover an amasing art spot.
