I take you in Florence with mini bus. Let's learn how to cook traditional Tuscan dishes with aromatic herbs! We visit the the cellar where we produce organic wines, we taste wines directly from the barrel, In our organic farm overlooking fields of olive tree and vineyards, we grow a huge variety of aromatic herbs: oregano, dill, thyme, rosemary, and sage that are essential to complement and enlighten our meals. In an unhurried walk through our fields, we will teach you how to recognize and harvest each of them. Once back to the farm we will learn how to prepare pasta (hands-on class) with the supervision of me or Jim. With flour and eggs we make together "fresh pasta" like ravioli, spaghetti and tagliatelle. We'll lunch together with red organic wine bottled by us in a fresh patio in summer or in our old style kitcken lightned by a fire place in winter. During the experience, you will have the opportunity to taste olive oil and wine of our own production. After lunch from May to October you can enjoy our swimming pool while in other seasons we will visit the farm and the cellar.At the end of the experience we will take at the station of San Miniato to take a train to Firenze (Santa Maria Novella station, in the center fo city). The ticket train price is 5€ to buy directly at the station. Move by train is the most ecologic and comfortable way back

We will take an unhurried walk though the countryside surrounding our organic farm in the Cerbaia hills overlooking our vineyard harvesting the herbs we will need to prepare the lunch. The cooking class is taking place in our charming 17th century country house: the kitchen has an amazing old stone sink and a large fireplace. Elisabetta or Jim will teach you how to use the herbs for savory and healthy plates we will eat toghether.
