Every course has its own goals. We’ll start to prepare the food all together as a group, after a welcoming coffee or tea. We will know the recipes and their history, learn the basic skills, cook them. All the classes have a hands-on philosophy and all the dishes will be prepared from scratch, choosing the right ingredients and undertanding how to pick the best quality. Usually all the lessons will start in the morning around 9 AM; we will work the whole morning until the food is ready and then we have lunch together. All menus are served with white, rosè or red wine, choosing the best match for the dishes we will cook; coffee or tea to follow. After the lunch you will have a diploma and a nice gift!

I started cooking as a child with my grandmothers (one from Rome, one from Emilia), then I went on with professional studies . The 3 Diplomas I am most proud of are: Le Cordon Bleu Diploma in Pastry (3-year course,Paris), the Vegetarian Cuisine Diploma with Pietro Leemann (Michelin star chef,Milan); Thai Cuisine Diploma, Blue Elephant Cooking School (Bangkok) I'm also an official Rice Sommelier. Since 2016 I have been regularly awarded with a 5/5 Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor. Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certified.
