Learn to cook pastas such as the pici, tagliatelle and gnocchi in this fun hands-on pasta making adventure. After you prepare your pasta, the chef will help you to prepare tempting sauces such as the fresh tipical Aglione sauce, basil Ragout of wild mushrooms, sweet onion meat, duck ragout and an array of other sauces.

Professional Kitchen The lesson will be in our fully equipped professional kitchen at the ground floor of the villa!
We will meet at Podere Pievina in the afternoon at 4.30 pm. We will reach our organic garden to pick all vegetables and herbs we will use in our traditional recipes. Getting back to the villa, we will enjoy a light appetizer tasting some of our local Chianti wine produced here in Farnetella.
