We will run through beautiful and historical parts of Copenhagen. If you prefer i will talk a lot about the places we run through - if not we will just run. We will run anything between 5 and 10 K. We will arrange a place to meet. From there we will run in the parts of Copenhagen i recommend. Either we run early in the morning before the bicycle capital is truly awake, or late at a time where people have returned from work. I prefer running at these times because you get an exclusive feeling seeing the city when it is not full of busy people.
I have lived all of my 32 years of life in various places around Copenhagen. Since i was really young i have always loved both running and a number of other sports. And Copenhagen really is a great place to run. My view on running is that it is close to be the best meditation - and a great tool to disconnect from all of the things that often fill our heads.
The run will take place at places I suggest. From there i will create a route. We will run anything between 5 and 10 K.
