Learn how to make some classic Malaysian dishes in a raw vegan manner. It'll be a fun, interactive session in a cosy, informal setting. You'll might also meet new friends who also care about their health and understand that food can be healing. You'll get to find out more about the health benefits of raw vegan food. I'll teach you some basic techniques on food preparation and together we will make some delicious, healthy Malaysian recipes. Feel free to ask as many questions as you like. This is your chance to experience raw vegan food in an immersive setting. At the end of the session, you'll be able to sit down and enjoy the dishes that you've cooked or more like un-cooked. As the raw food movement is focused on local, seasonal ingredients, the dishes that you'll be preparing will be based on the freshest produce that I'll be able to obtain during that time. You can expect to learn how to make three Malaysian recipes. Some examples would include laksa noodles, sambal tempeh goreng, satay sauce, kerabu salad or a coconut dessert. I'm an independent chef, cooking show host, culinary instructor and author - and I look forward to sharing my experiences and knowledge with you!

We'll meet at my home in the Dutamas area and which can be easily reached via Grabcar. I've conducted numerous workshops at my place which is equipped with raw food tools such as dehydrators, spiralizers and a high-speed blender. Since you'll be at my home, you'll be experiencing food prep in a fun, informal, non-intimidating environment.
