Each weekend, I am inviting a 'geek' lives in Shanghai to lead a cooking workshop around 2 hours. They are scientists, engineers, makers, designers, entrepreneurs and artists from all around the world. All love cooking and wish to bring traditional recipes authentic tasting experience from their home to new friends! In the last few weeks, we had a King's Cake ("Galette des rois") Cooking Workshop with Anne-Sophie, an engineer from France; Burger & Fries workshop with Francois, a web designer from Canada; Beginner's guide to Kombucha workshop with Edward Swider, a musician as well as a ferment and culture food enthusiast from US; and next week a Québec Poutine workshop with Francois... The list seems never ends! Each week there is a surprise regarding the menu and the guest chef! I will update as much as I can here. I am an enthusiast of cooking and great food. Through my life I am fascinated by human body and its movement. For me, cooking is the process of carving the food and transforming our body. All You Can Cook is not only a fun and special cooking and eating experience, I wish to remind everyone who is involved being connected to the spirit of cooking from all around the world in all kinds of way, from very ancient to the future.
