We will have a intro session on how to use SUP (stand up paddle) and I'll guide you through our lesson to acquire your balance and to perform pilates exercises while respecting your body and limits. Afterwards we'll have what I call a "gratitude moment" to stretch, breath, enjoy nature and be thankful for the given life!
COVID 19 precautions- All the equipment have been triple cleaned, soaked in antibacterial solution and I'm absolutelly well and not taking any unwell guests to the experience. Don't be discouraged! You'll work out, have fun and get a mindful moment in the great ocean environment. The practice of Stand Up Paddle itself requires a lot of core and you'll learn the basics to stand and to paddle before we start our pilates exercises. We'll challenge our balance through the exercises on top of the board (few splash moments are expected lol) come with an open mind and ready to have fun! If not a swimmer a life jacket will be provided

We'll practise SUPilates at a close bay that weather will allow us (less windy and wavey) to be decided the day before of our experience. We have 2 beautiful bays in Manly to choose from and both views are fantastic!
