You will be practicing yoga on a beautiful beach in the Hamptons with an experienced yoga instructor. You can park on 61 Dune Road. We will wait for all participants and then walk over to the beach (5 minute). We will set up the mats which we can provide or you can bring your own mat and we will start the class which will last about 75 minutes. Outdoor practice is an excellent way to practice social distance and enjoy the benefits of fresh air and the background sound of the ocean. THE CLASS WILL BE HELD AT 8:30AM. The class is for all-levels. It is a gentle morning flow with modifications for all students from beginners to more experienced. It is a gentle vinyasa class with sun salutations, standing series with warrior poses and balancing poses, and seated series with back bending and hip opening sequences. This is an outdoor class and will be held everyday rain or shine. In case of inclement weather, students who already signed up, will be allowed to reschedule.

I since then certified from schools in Florida and in India and started my own business on the east end of Long Island, planning, running and teaching yoga retreats locally and in other locations like Florida and Switzerland. For the last 3 decades, I have been a student of wellness, nutrition and meditation which I have channeled into my yoga retreats and my yoga classes.
The beach where we do the class, is a beautiful Hampton's beach with white sands and pristine dunes. It can be accessed walking distance from our driveway where you can park. The address is 61 Dune Road, Quogue NY 11959 and the beach can be accessed from the Surf Club public beach access.
