We will start our activity with a warm up if jumping rope this will be shown. This will be followed a light unique stretching exercise. The hands of the student will be then wrapped in a traditional way passed from my own personal teacher and generations before him. Then the excitement starts showing the student the fundamentals of Thai Boxing of hundreds of years old martial art. Once I am happy we can then move on to striking leather pads with these traditional somewhat unique from any other Martial Art on the planet... That it actually works and is 100% effective in a real situation. Understanding as to why and why not will be given. Stretching exercises will then shown with deeper movements. The unique session is then complete and the emotional wellbeing will flown through your body. The addiction is started....

I am a passionate Muay Thai Trainer Champion with Thousands of schooled students, from beginners to Champions learning under my tuition to become a competant Thai Boxing practioner. I am able giving insight to techniques, minset and cultural aspects of the sport I love due to competing and being a Gold Medalist in the Muay Thai(Thaiboxing) world championships in Thailand. It is my objective to pass this knowledge on to my students.

The experience will take place in a traditional Thai Boxing school that was only built for Thai Boxing with open sides with fresh air from outside with rubber flooring mats and clean equipment. The school is surrounded by overhanging palm trees and has a very large garden to relax in. The school is located away from any busy streets in a local area.
