You will be welcomed with a glass of Rum Punch whilst you get acquainted with the other guests. The class will start with a brief history of Caribbean cooking influences followed by an explanation of the menu. Then we start to cook! (don’t worry your glass will never be empty) You will learn to make Sweetcorn Fritters (v) Jerk Pepper Prawns Tamarind Dip You will also make authentic Jamaican jerk marinade all while sipping on cocktails. You’ll leave with recipes, all the food you’ve cooked and some new friends.

The London Cooking Project is an exciting private social enterprise that provides opportunities to develop and nurture young talent in the field and is committed to benefitting the local community. They run a variety of events, supper clubs, pop ups and cookery classes that anyone can get involved in. The funds from these activities, and the kitchen and venue hire for film & photoshoots, is injected back into community and charity projects.
