Experience the crystal clear waters of Lake Tahoe from a Paddle Board. We will guide you through the basics of Stand Up Paddling, lead you through a meditative paddle, instruct an on-water Yoga Asana practice that suits your abilities and keep you safe, while you relax into a floating savasana. All materials are provided.
Jenay Aiksnoras, owner and primary instructor at Lake Tahoe Yoga was the first to begin teaching Paddle Yoga in the Tahoe Basin. In collaboration with South Tahoe Stand Up Paddle, she has been guiding regularly scheduled and privately booked Paddle Yoga Sessions since 2011. Her expertise is unmatched and the experience is unbeatable.
Paddle Yoga Materials Appropriately sized board, paddle, PFD and anchors (if needed).
We will leave from Lakeview Commons* and paddle out onto peaceful Lake Tahoe before the rest of the basin awakens. You will see the entire South Shore from the water. If we are lucky, the hot air balloon will be flying above us adding to the ambiance. We will take photos throughout the session which can be downloaded (small format) or purchased (HD) from our website. *Additional location information will be provided upon booking.

Clothing that can get wet
Be sure to wear clothing that can get wet. Bring water. Wear a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen. Everything on the board will get wet and is at risk of falling in the water.
