We will meat for tea and treats in at least 6 stops depending on how many people book. We will experience Himalayan/Tibetan/Nepalese, Indian, Mexican, and South American food. Much of it will be vegetable based, however a few will meat. Gluten must be tolerated on this walking food tour. In total we will be walking a little over a mile.
I am a chef from the USA. I’ve been cooking for over 15 years and obviously I’m obsessed and passionate about good food. I have traveled to over 40 different countries so I have a very global view on food. I have researched food and cuisine in many countries and a lot in NYC as well. Since ethnic neighborhoods like Jackson Heights can be quite daunting and overwhelming, I can save hungry people the time of sifting through the duds. I drink lots of tea and eat lots of spicy food. Please join me.
Food walk tasting menu Must be able to eat gluten and some meat
We will sample fresh vegetable based Indian flat breads, Pakistani kebabs, real chai, Nepalese foods, and some items from Latin America.
