We'll head off the beaten path and discover Essaouira. You'll live a day in the life of a local as we explore the Medina of Essaouira, the fishing port, and the ramparts of this pretty city. We'll sample pastries from the city’s oldest bakery and grill fresh sardines at the local market. We'll climb a historic fortification and take in views of the port, ocean, and city. I'll take you to meet a traditional herbalist to taste exotic royal tea.
I have been living in the small city of Essaouira for a few years. I've always enjoyed water sports, it was always a good thing to go to the medina to buy fresh products, such as fresh fish and vegetables, and then take them immediately to a small local Berber restaurant where they would grill and prepare them for us. I've done this with my guests as an Airbnb Superhost and every traveler liked this and encouraged me to host this experience. I have been doing this before with other platforms and I'm so glad I can now do it here with Airbnb, all my team (Mohamed, Wassim and Karim) have been handpicked and trained by me, we have a lot of availability so ask what time you prefer and we wil arrange it! we speak Engish, French, Spanish

Moroccan Royal tea accompanied with Moroccan pastries
We'll meet and go to Essaouira's oldest pastry shop—in business since 1928—where we'll taste Moroccan pastry with Moroccan fresh mint tea. We'll walk to Chez Rachid—a Berber restaurant—to say hello. We'll pass by the markets to buy our ingredients, such as vegetables, fish, chicken, and fruits, and return to the restaurant, where the chef and his staff will prepare our meal as we drink royal tea mixed with 12 fresh plants at an herbalist's shop.
